NATIONS Broker/Owner, Maurice McLaughlin began his real estate career in in1976 as a New Jersey llicensed Real Estate Salesperson, joining a strong local Independent Brokerage - Richardson Realty. While at Richardson, he received every sales award possible including "Executive Club", "Presidents Club and Multiple Years "Salesperson of the Year" Awards. In 1990 Maurice McLaughlin received his New Jersey "Broker-Salesperson" license and achieved the New Jersey Association of Realtors GOLD Educational Achievement Award.
In 1992 he left Richardson Realtors to join a "start-up company" in the area with RE/MAX. In his first year with RE/MAX he achieved their highest Sales aware "Platinum Club" - it's companies "Top Producer" and was ranked "Top 10" highest producing agent in the state in both dollar volume SOLD and sales units.
After 8 years of affiliation with 2 RE/MAX offices and qualifying for their coveted "Hall of Fame Award" Maurice McLaughlin left RE/MAX of Princeton to form NATIONS with offices in Carnegie Center, Princeton. New offices are located on Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ.
For 11 consecutive years prior to opening NATIONS he was bestowed annually the New Jersey Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club Award for sales excellence. When opening NATIONS in 2000, production reporting as a salesperson ceased and the mangement of NATIONS began. Sales success continues today with a 100% sales record of every property listed by the Broker April 2000 to present.
McLaughlin's personal interests include motor cycles, an interst he has enjoyed since age 17, currently the owner of a "100 Year Anniversary" Harley Davidson Road King Classic.
Maurice currently resides on his farm a few miles from Princeton with the Love of his Life, Christine. He enjoys cutting the fields on his John Deere Tractor and watching the deer and Hawks along with tending to the Sport Horses on the farm, the raising of throughbred, standardbred and warmblood sport horses gives endless enjoyment.
