A new name in real estate was recently introduced…NATIONS.  The name may be new, but the company’s founder and President, Maurice McLaughlin, has a long and established history of successfully serving the real estate needs of Central New Jersey.  First licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in 1977 and a New Jersey licensed Broker-Salesperson in 1990, Mr. McLaughlin is currently the Real Estate Broker – “Broker of Record” for Nations Real Estate Group, Inc. d/b/a NATIONS with its corporate office in Carnegie Center, West Windsor.        

Brought into the formation of this company is an award winning past.  An award winning past where, with his first company licensed, Mr. McLaughlin was bestowed salesperson of the year for two consecutive years and recipient of both Executive and Presidents Club awards.    At the time of moving from that company he was one of the highest producing Broker-Salespersons in that companies 34-year history.   While affiliated with a Nationally franchised Real Estate organization he was bestowed nearly every imaginable sales award which included “Top 10” Highest Producing Agent Statewide (of approximately 1,000 agents) two years in a row.  For “11 consecutive years” Maurice McLaughlin received the New Jersey Association of Realtors “Million Dollar Sales Club Award” and in 1999 received their  “Distinguished Sales Club Award”.    Credentials and a history of SUCCESS…in Real Estate…absolutely!          

When Mr. McLaughlin was asked why, after such an award winning background in real estate, what prompted the formation of NATIONS?    Simply put, Real Estate is changing, this is a new century and this is a new company for the new century.
